By integrating architectural and functional elements, the building was designed to create a space where occupants can fully appreciate wind and light from the rich nature that surrounds the site.
Natural wind utilization: ventilation planning based on outdoor air flow analysis to assess optimal ventilation slot layout and predominant wind direction, together with detailed design to provide intuitive user operation of ventilation slots, allows users to actively control individual environment and natural ventilation.
Natural lighting: by thoroughly utilizing natural light in office space through top lights and wall-to-wall glass on the north side, artificial lighting is rarely required during the daytime on almost every day of the year.
