As a R&D hub for innovative technologies, the architectural concept of the Nissan Advanced Technology Center was to create a space that promotes the creativity and imagination of engineers. With features such as a stepped workplace facing green hills and modern balcony gardens called green cubes, the building's theatre-like space with pleasant stimulation from the sky and surrounding nature not only enhances communication, but also creates a comfortable work environment that supports creative activities. While optimizing the advantages of such a unique space, a variety of environmental management systems are also in place, making the center an environmentally-conscious, energy-efficient building. Through these measures, the innovation-focused center aims to create an optimal work environment with diverse appeal, taking a leading role in an environmental society.
